Dairy Industry
The Company manufactures entire range of dairy equipments except centrifuges, Homogenizers and Spray Dryers. The Company has executed over 50 Nos Milk and Milk Product Plants of capacity ranging from 20,000 LPD to 7,00,000 LPD. CHENGALVA has executed several prestigious plants, including expansion works of Mother Dairier at Bangalore and Hyderabad under WORLD BANK AIDED OPERATION flood projects during the years 1990 to 2000.
The Company is the first to build largest factory made Milk Silos, capacity 150 KL in the year 2004/05 for Sumul Dairy, Surat. CHENGALVA is also popular for continuous Ghee Making lines, with special indegeneous technology using SPIRACEL HEAT EXCHANGERS.

Meat Industry
CHENGALVA has executed largest plant in India with complete range of equipment offered with British know-how. The Company has already executed Modern Abattoir having slaughter capacity of 6000 Sheep and Goat and 500 Buffaloes per shift. Later the company has developed manual overhead slaughterline as per the practice of local butchers and installed for large animals and small animals like sheep, goats.

Specialised SS Fabrication
Over the years CHENGALVA had the opportunity to execute several specialized and large volume SS Fabrication jobs like Bio-Reactors, Fermentors, Uni-Tanks for Breweries, Cosmetics and Pharmaceutical fields, with AISI 316L Quality Stainless Steel, with Radiography test of weldjoints and under third party inspection.
Iresspective of the size, all the equipments will be designed as per sanitary standards and suitable for Cleaning-in-place (CIP). Some of the Clients in this segment include following Prestigeous Organisations.
